From renaissance the artists created some wonderful works of art by using only black color ink or pencil. The modern artist today is using dark / light or black / white effects too to express his pictorial theme. This can even further highlight the drama or elegance of his stroke and motif.
With this exhibition we would like to present some important artists and their black and white creations – the drawings and graphic works, mostly in precious techniques, as aquatints and etchings.
