Živko Marušić is a Slovenian artist, born in Italy. He is best-known for his figurative paintings, graphics and sculptures. His artworks are products of thoroughly exploring and recreating events from his life and his perception of those events. Human figure is always in the center of his attention and most of his creations feature just one person with his current look in a moment of Marušić’s attention and with his emotions caught on the face at that moment. His figures mostly seem dynamic or in motion. The whole picture looks like it is from a dream or imagination. The woman beside a water is holding a stick or a cane in one hand and with the other hand she is throwing some grain like she is throwing magic dust. Her reflection is not how it should be, it is rotated.
